With extensive experience as Clinical Director at the Joy of Life Clinic, Ms. Nwankama has served the community through her roles at the University of Maryland Medical Center, the Prison Hospital in Baltimore, and various home care, geriatric nursing, and rehab facilities. Her career spans positions in clinical nursing in psychiatric and behavioral health units, as well as a nurse case manager/discharge planner and staff nurse. These roles have refined her skills in empathy, communication, and organizational prowess.
